How it works
How Cloudtifact works, in three steps.
Put a doc or page in a space, share the link, and your team comments on the exact line they mean. Every fix is a new version, nobody installs anything, and the feedback stays with the work instead of in a reply-all thread.

Put it in a space.
Write it in the doc, drop in a file, or publish it from Claude Code. However it starts, it has its own link.

Share the link.
Invite your team, or turn on link access so anyone with the link can open it. The people you share with only need a browser.

Talk it through.
People comment on the exact words they mean and @mention who should look. Each fix becomes a new version, and every earlier one is kept.

Sam Good call. @maya can you add it before it goes out?
Maya Added allergies. That’s version 3.
What teams make.
Founders
Investor updates, hiring trackers, a pricing page the team checks before customers see it.
CEOs and leads
Board updates people can comment on line by line, instead of a reply-all thread.
Ops and people teams
Offsite sign-ups, new-hire checklists, team surveys and budgets everyone can see.
Sales and customer teams
Price calculators, dinner RSVPs, a one-page proposal a client can mark up.
Fair questions.
Do I need to code to make a page like these?
No. All three demos were made by describing them to an AI agent, which wrote the page and published it to a space. Ask yours, or someone on your team, for the page you have in mind.
Is it like Notion?
In part. Your team writes docs together, comments on them and keeps every version. The difference is that a page can also be live, like a sign-up sheet people fill in or a vote, and developers can publish straight from Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It all works in the browser. The people you share with only need the link.
Who can see what I make?
Only the people you invite. Link access is off until you turn it on, and files you add stay private to the space.
What does it cost?
Free to start, with 10 spaces. Pro is $5 a month, or $39 a year, for unlimited spaces and up to 8 people. Team is $49 a month for up to 15 people, and $99 for up to 20. People you add to a single space are always free.
