Is it like Notion?

In part. Your team writes docs together, comments on them and keeps every version. The difference is that a page can also be live, like a sign-up sheet people fill in or a vote, and developers can publish straight from Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Write in the doc or drop in a file. When you need a working page, like a sign-up sheet, the AI can build it from the doc.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It all works in the browser. The people you share with only need the link.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. It's there if you want a first draft or help with a fix. Its changes arrive as suggestions, nothing changes until someone accepts one, and every earlier version is kept, so you can always go back.

Who can see what I make?

Only the people you invite. Link access is off until you turn it on, and files you add stay private to the space.

What does it cost?

Free for up to 3 people. Pro is $20 a month and Team is $60 a month. People you add to a single space are guests and never take a seat.

Set up Cloudtifact so you can share what you make with me and my team.

1. Install the CLI: curl -fsSL https://api.cloudtifact.com/install.sh | sh
   It needs Node 20 or newer and lands in ~/.cloudtifact/bin.
2. Run `cloudtifact skill install` so you know every command.
3. Run `cloudtifact login`, show me the link and wait while I sign in.
4. From now on, when you make a page for me, publish it with
   `cloudtifact publish <file>` and give me the link.
5. When I ask "any feedback?", run `cloudtifact comments --toon`,
   make the changes, then reply to and resolve each comment.
